SERVPRO Scripps Ranch and Mira Mesa has just finished working on a water leak at my home that had caused widespread black mold. One of their technicians, Matt worked on the extensive damage done to the carpet and walls.  He was here many times over the past weeks working to remove the water damage. Matt could not have been more polite, professional and efficient. He clearly answered any questions I had and left the house clean and orderly after each day's work. I discovered a wet spot under my area rug in my family room. Turns out, our dishwasher leaked underneath and water started seeping through the wood floors 12 feet away from the dishwasher. SERVPRO Scripps Ranch Mira Mesa Rancho Penasquitos came, assessed the damage and it turns out our entire kitchen island was moldy from the inside. Fast forward a month and everything was taken care of, including the rebuilding of what needed and saving what could be saved.
